Two nights of wild camping in the Sahara, far from the tourist camps, under one of the darkest skies in Morocco.

Day 1: Merzouga → Bagaa

Set off by 4x4 from Merzouga, at the foot of Erg Chebbi, and drive southeast across the rocky hamada to Bagaa. Set up camp, share mint tea with your guides and enjoy dinner around the fire. Night 1 in a wild desert camp under a sky full of stars.

Day 2: Bagaa → Taouz → Ouzina

Drive west to Taouz, a small village known for its ancient rock carvings, then continue through the valley to Ouzina. Walk among the dunes and climb one for a sunset view over the endless sand. Night 2 in a desert camp at Ouzina.

Day 3: Ouzina → Taouz → Merzouga

Wake up for sunrise over the dunes, have breakfast, then drive north along the wadi via Taouz, arriving back in Merzouga in the afternoon.
