We’ll take a break at a local café before continuing our journey to the scenic Dades Valley. Upon arrival, you’ll have the chance to relax at a cozy private guesthouse with en-suite bathrooms, and enjoy a tasty traditional Moroccan dinner, immersing yourself in the rich flavors of the region.
Day 2: Bouamlne Dades – Todra Gorges – Merzouga
The following morning, we’ll start our day with a delicious breakfast at our guesthouse before setting off for the stunning Todra Gorge. Get ready to be awestruck by the jaw-dropping beauty of this natural wonder—it’s hard to believe it’s not one of the world’s official wonders. After a tasty lunch, we’ll continue our adventure towards Merzouga.
The true highlight of this trip awaits as we spend the night in a desert camp. Merzouga captures the very spirit of the desert. We’ll hop on camels and journey through the towering dunes of Erg Chebbi, eventually reaching a traditional Standard desert camp or Luxury desert camp where we’ll relax and soak in the serenity of the desert night
Day 3: Merzouga Desert – Alnif – Nakoub – Tazarine – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
We’ll begin our journey back to Merzouga with a camel ride, making our way through the beautiful Draa Valley. Along the way, we’ll stop in Rissani, a town rich in history and Moroccan architecture. The palaces, gates, and temples in Rissani offer plenty of opportunities for some great photos.
As our tour comes to a close, we’ll pass through Nqob and Tamnougalt before reaching the familiar city of Ouarzazate. You’ll have time to relax and enjoy a leisurely lunch at one of the local cafés before we start our climb through the Atlas Mountains.
